Calibration Steps：

The gadget arrives expertly pre-calibrated, but it can be re-calibrated anytime to assure only the most accurate reads!

Step1：Prepare a glass of cold water with some ice cubes. (50% water + 50% ice).

Step2：Insert the probe into the ice-water, long press "°C/°F/CAL" until the display shows "CALL", then adjust the reading to 0 (press "°C/°F/CAL" to increase; press "HOLD/MAX/MIN" to decrease the temp values ). The digit will keep flashing for 8 seconds, please do not take out the probe when the digit still flashes, or the accuracy will happen error.

Step3：If the screen appears "ERR", It means calibration is failed because the water is too cold or too warm. Please try again.
